Frog Jog is right around the corner ... ARE YOU READY?

Frog Jog is a campout for Cub Scouts and their families at Camp Shands located near Melrose, Florida.  Families will eat in the dining hall and enjoy fun activities like BB guns, bows and arrows, crafts and more.   This is the site for the registration form: http://www.doubleknot.com/openrosters/DocDownload.asp?orgkey=1358&id=65912

Register today to ensure your spot.  The event is limited to the first 1,000 paid Scouts and family members.    After November 2nd, 2009 a $10 late fee will apply to all registrations.  Registration closes  November 11, 2009.  Walk ins will only be accepted if we do not have 1000 pre registered. 

Class 1 Medical Form Part A and Part C need to be filled out for each person attending.  Do not do the require that the Part B be completed (page 3 with physicians signature.)  The link for the medical form is  http://www.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/34414.pdf  , submit this documentation with your registration.  Make sure your name and pack number are on the form.   If you have already turned your registration in without it  - mail the medical form in and let them know you are signed up for Frog Jog.
